Our rental prices are comprehensive with no hidden extra’s – the price includes:

• Initial booth design consultation.
• Production of 3D color visuals of the proposed design for sign off.
• Supply of graphics templates for the design of graphic content.
• Submission of detailed booth plans to the event organizers to obtain build approval.
• Rental of complete booth structure and lighting as per the visual.
• Allowance for production of graphics/branding as per the visual.
• Rental of all furniture and AV equipment as shown in the visual.
• Supply of single color carpet of your choice.
• Delivery, installation and subsequent dismantling of the booth.

Note:-
Fees imposed directly by the organizer which include booth space, material handling, rigging for hanging signs if applicable, booth cleaning, and electricity.
